Everyone that owns shares in a company should sign the Shareholder Agreement, and the company itself should also sign the Shareholder Agreement. Be careful - there are different legal requirements to effective signing as a company or as an individual (see our ‘How to Sign Documents’ guide [eeeeek this guide isn't up yet, but it's coming soon!]) .
Remember that a Shareholder Agreement is an agreement between the company and its owners.
For new shareholders, they should sign a Deed of Accession which means that they become a party to the existing Shareholder Agreement and are bound to that document. Check out what to do with new shareholders.
